These meals come complete with heating instructions, a nutritional summary and menu listing. After a brief in-person meeting and a short food questionnaire, your Personal Chef Service will be customized to cater to your specific needs. We package and store your meals in your refrigerator and freezer for you to enjoy—at YOUR convenience.
